Cancelation Policy

Cancellations made 24 hours before the date and start time of your appointment, class or workshop will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made less then 24 hours in advance of appointment, class or workshop, will incur a 50% fee of the appointment, class or workshop cost. No shows or those who do not inform us of a cancellation of their appointment, class or workshop will incur a 100% fee of total cost of appointment, class or workshop.

Products

Refunds with receipt on products will be accepted up to 30 days after purchase date.

Refunds without receipt on products will be given a store credit at cost of item in store at current time.

PRivacy Policy

All information given to Infinite Serenity Holistic Spa is treated as confidential and remains the property of attendant and Infinite Serenity Holistic Spa. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information we collect from you.

Infinite Serenity Holistic Spa intends to comply with any guidelines or laws introduced in British Columbia, Canada that would strengthen the protection of your privacy and no information will be released/shared to a third party.

Your personal information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuses and loss, and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.

When your personal information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify your personal information.

This notice applies to all information collected on the Infinite Serenity website, or submitted to Infinite Serenity at any time through any of our services.

Account Credits

Credits, classes, workshops or account balances purchased are non-transferable to other persons or clientele.
