Requirements and Expectations of an Event Holder and Contractor at Infinite Serenity Holistic Spa

 At infinite serenity we offer a space  that welcomes all beings from all walks of life to dive deep and expand their knowledge and explore the deepest parts of themselves. This is a sacred space and community, something we cherish deeply. Below are the following requirements and expectations of any event holder or contractor we welcome into the space. It is your (the events holders) responsibility to familiarize yourself with these requirements and expectations. 

Deadline for submission.

You must submit your event before the 10th of the prior month you are requesting to hold your event. For example, if you wish to hold a mediation class on April 21th, you must submit your event request form by March 10th. To find the event form, please head over to www.infiniteserenityholisticspa.com, the form is included in the footer of the website and can be submitted directly through the website. 

Please note: This is the ONLY form of submission that will be accepted. Verbal, email, Facebook message, Instagram message or any other form of request other then this form will not be accepted as an event request.

We fill up fast for event space and times, and are currently booking 3 months in advance, so although you may submit your event up to the 10th of the month prior, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to host your event the following month. The earlier you submit the better.

Facebook Event

Once your event is approved, you are required to create an event on Facebook, whether that be through your personal page or your business page, with all the correct information you provided. Then email the link to admin@infiniteserenityholisticspa.com in order for us to link your event to our Facebook Page. 

This insures that your true authentic voice comes through your event posting and all information is correct. 

Your event will not be added to Mindbody to sell tickets until you first add your event to your Facebook page and email us the link.

Please note: If Facebook is not a platform that you use please let us know and we can post the event directly from our page. 

Marketing

We have an inhouse marketing team that works hard at getting the right information to the right people. These awesome people have been hired by Infinite Serenity Holistic Spa to market Infinite Serenity Holistic Spa. Our team will work with you in promoting your event in the space, but we do not hold complete responsibility for the marketing and fulfillment of your event, class, workshop, series or certification.   

You are required to market your events. What this means is:

1.     Talk to people about your event!

2.     Promote yourself on social media, amongst networks that you know and in your community.

Insurance

Infinite Serenity Holistic Spa holds insurance that covers the liability of its self and its staff. We do require that anyone coming into the space as a contractor to hold an event have insurance to cover personal liability in the case that anything should happen.

Presentation

When it comes to appearance and presentation of oneself, we want you to dress in a way that your authentic self shines through! We do not restrict when it comes to colors or specificity of what you wear, we just ask that you show up looking authentic and polished. 

Set Up and Take Down 

All Event holders are expected to show up at least 45 minutes prior event to set up before their event and stay to clean up after their event. Infinite Serenity Holistic Spa will provide a staff member to help with set up and clean up, as well as to provide service to attendees. If the event holder and contractor fails to help set up or clean up, a penalty or deduction will be taken from the event holder/contractors pay at Infinite Serenity Holistic Spas discretion.

Event Supplies

Event Supplies are the responsibility of the Event Holder and Contractor to obtain. The cost of supplies will be subtracted from the total ticket cost, and the profits from the event will be split. Please keep this in mind when pricing your events. The split in profits will be discussed between the Event Holder/Contractor and Infinite Serenity Holistic Spa once the event has been approved to move forward. 

Changes with Events

We understand sometimes changes in events need to happen, if you require to change anything in or about your event, please email admin@infiniteserenityholisticspa.com. No other form of communication will be accepted ie Facebook message/comment, instagram message/comment, or verbal communication. This ensures that all communication is in one place and things do not get lost or forgotten about.

Invoicing Events

You are responsible to invoice your events once they are completed. We ask that you invoice your event by the end of the month your event was held in. OR if your event was held at the end of the month or over lapping months, we expect to be invoiced within a week of the completion date. We have Invoicing Templates in our footer page under Other Forms that you are more then welcome to download and use!

Please submit all invoices to admin@infiniteserenityholisticspa.com.

Once invoices are submitted, they will be paid out either the 15th or the 30th of the month.

Treatment of Infinite Serenity Staff

Our staff and contractors are like family to us, please be kind and treat them with respect. Our staff are there to make the guest comfortable and to help with what they can, by no means do they work for anyone other then Infinite Serenity Holistic Spa. Our staff will not tolerate rude or uncalled for behaviour or attitude. If staff are ever mistreated, the contract between Infinite Serenity Holistic Spa and the Event Holder/Contractor will be terminated.
